Good evening, AI enthusiasts. Imagine an App Store, but instead of apps, it's filled with autonomous AI agents—smart digital workers that can book meetings, analyse data, write code, or even run your business workflows. That’s exactly what Amazon Web Services (AWS) is launching on July 15 at the AWS Summit in New York, and it’s called the AI Agent Marketplace, following in the footstep of Google Cloud, which launched an AI agent marketplace in April, and Microsoft, which also launched something similar in May called ‘Agent Store’. Both allow developers and businesses to list, buy, and sell AI agents. Read more.

NEWS Google Expands Its AI Academy with Second Cohort Focused on Infrastructure

Google has launched the second cohort of its AI Academy: American Infrastructure, a four-month, equity-free accelerator for early-stage start-ups (seed to Series A) tackling big challenges in cybersecurity, education, and transportation using AI.

The program offers leadership coaching and sales training and culminates in an in-person summit at Google.

Applicants needed at least six months of runway and proof of traction to qualify.

The first cohort produced notable alumni like Cloverleaf AI (raised $2.8M) and Zordi (backed by Khosla Ventures with $20M).

Google continues to position itself as a key player in nurturing AI startups solving real-world infrastructure problems. Read more

THE GOLD RUSH 4 Start-Up Ideas That Sound Dumb—Until You See the Revenue! (Idea 3)-The Realtor’s Secret Weapon: An AI Tool That Makes $100 Listings Look Like $1M Homes

Divad looked at a real estate listing:
Empty room. Yellow lighting. Messy kitchen.

He didn’t see a property—he saw a painfully missed opportunity.

The Problem
Listings with bad visuals sit on the market.
Agents know this. But photography? Expensive.
Virtual staging? Slow. Most settle for mediocrity.

The Opportunity
Build an image engine that turns basic property photos into stunning, styled visuals:

🛋️ Virtual staging for empty rooms
🌅 Time-of-day lighting transformations
🏡 Modern, luxury, minimalist decor variants

The Pitch
Turn $100 Craigslist-looking photos into $1M listing vibes.
Fast. Cheap. Beautiful.

The Market

  • 2M+ active real estate agents in the US, 1M+ in the UK

  • Listings with pro visuals sell 32% faster

  • $200–$500 per shoot, per listing (repeat cost!)

How Sanders Monetizes

  • $5/photo for solo agents

  • $250/month for brokerages

  • Free trial to hook them in

Tech Stack? No code. No stress.

  • Bubble + Airtable for UX + RunwayML/Sora for photo transformation

  • Auto-export for MLS listings – MLS (Multiple Listing Service): A database used by real estate agents to share property listings.

  • Social share kits for Instagram & Facebook – These are pre-designed templates or automated content packages that make it easy to share listings or updates on social media. Could include:

    Branded listing cards

    Carousel posts

    Stories with property highlights

    Auto-generated captions or hashtags

This isn’t about photos.
It’s about confidence, perception—and speed to sale.

One Agent Said:
“This tool got me 3 extra showings in 2 days. I cancelled my photographer.”

But if founders can’t even describe their brand personality, how will they market their startup?

In the final part (Part 4): Divad’s most profitable idea yet.’ The Brand Therapist’, an AI tool that acts like a $10K brand agency—for just $79.
