NEWS Tomorrow’s Medicine, Today: AI Is Transforming Cancer Treatment

Scientists at the Technical University of Denmark have developed an AI platform that can design cancer-targeting proteins in weeks instead of years, marking a major leap in personalised cancer treatment.
This innovation could enable T cells—the immune system’s elite soldiers—to more precisely seek and destroy cancer cells, including both common types like melanoma and patient-specific variants.
The new AI-powered platform brings together three advanced models to design “minibinder” proteins. These proteins act like molecular GPS beacons, guiding immune T cells directly to cancer targets.
🔧 Here’s how it works:
Design: The platform uses AI to create minibinders tailored to specific cancer markers.
Personalisation: It supports both widely occurring cancer targets and individual patients’ unique markers.
Safety: Before anything goes into a lab, a virtual safety screen filters out any protein designs that might mistakenly attack healthy cells.
Speed: Using Google DeepMind’s AlphaFold2—the groundbreaking, Nobel Prize-winning protein predictor—the platform compresses protein design and testing time from years to mere weeks.
💡 Why It Matters
We’re watching the future of medicine unfold in real time.
AI isn't just helping doctors analyse data—it’s now designing the cures. This breakthrough:
Accelerates discovery: Dramatically reduces research timelines, enabling faster development of novel therapies.
Unlocks personalisation: Opens the door to tailored treatments for individuals, not just population-wide solutions.
Improves safety: Built-in virtual screening reduces the risk of harmful side effects before any real-world testing.
In the age of AI-driven health, this isn’t just another step forward—it's a quantum leap toward a world where personalized cancer treatments could be designed on demand. Read more

The Brand Therapist (Ideas started from 2 previous Nesletter editions)
How Divad’s Visual Survey Became a $79 founders’ branding emotion magic: A must-Have for Every Founder
Ask most start-up founders:
“What’s your brand personality?”
Cue awkward silence.
The Problem
Founders can explain their product in detail—but freeze when asked what emotion their brand should evoke. And hiring an agency for brand positioning? That's a $10,000+ bill most early-stage startups can't afford.
The Opportunity
Divads’ brand therapy tool provides founders with clarity and tangible assets for their brand identity at an affordable price, empowering them to market effectively without extensive agency costs. Say hello to the moodboard-style brand therapy tool. Founders answer a few questions, and get:
🎨 Emotion-aligned color palettes
📸 Visual metaphors for content/ads
🔠 Typography and texture recommendations
📁 Exportable starter brand kit
The Hook
Founders aren’t buying a color wheel.
They’re buying clarity.

🎯 Tally + Airtable for founder intake
🎨 DALL·E for moodboards
🌐 Webflow dashboard for user access
Steps:
Step 1: Set up your Founder information intake (Tally + Airtable)
This is where you gather all the crucial information about your client's brand. Tally will be your friendly questionnaire, and Airtable will be your smart database.
What you'll need:
A free Tally account (tally.so)
A free Airtable account (airtable.com)
How to do it:
1.Create Your Tally Form:
Go to Tally and create a new form. Think about the questions that will help you understand your client's brand deeply. Here are some ideas:
"What is your brand's core mission or purpose?"
"Who is your ideal customer? Let the client describe them in detail."
"If your brand were a person, how would you describe their personality? (e.g., adventurous, sophisticated, playful, reliable)"
"What emotions do you want your brand to evoke in your audience?"
"List 3-5 keywords that best describe your brand's desired aesthetic or style."
"What are some brands you admire, and why?"
Tally is super intuitive. Drag and drop different question types (text, multiple choice, rating scales) to build your form. Make it conversational and easy to fill out.
2.Connect Tally to Airtable:
Once your Tally form is ready, go to the "Integrations" tab within your Tally form settings.
Find the Airtable integration and connect it. You'll need to select your Airtable workspace and the specific base (database) and table you want to send the data to.
In Airtable: Create a new base (think of it as a new spreadsheet). Name it something like "Brand Therapy Clients." Inside, create a table (like a sheet in Excel). Make sure the column headers in your Airtable table exactly match the questions you asked in your Tally form. For example, if you have a question "Brand Personality" in Tally, create a column named "Brand Personality" in Airtable.
Now, every time someone fills out your Tally form, their answers will automatically appear in your Airtable base. This is your central hub for all client data!
Pro Tip: Start with a simple form and refine it as you go. You can always add more questions later based on what you find most useful for generating insights.
Step 2: Generate AI-Powered Insights (ChatGPT-Free Verison)
Now that you have your founder's insights neatly organized in Airtable, it's time to unleash the power of AI to generate creative content. We'll use ChatGPT for this.
What you'll need:
•Access to ChatGPT (the free version is perfectly fine for this!)
•Your Airtable base with founder responses.
How to do it:
1.Access Founder Data: Open your Airtable base and select a client's entry. You'll be copying information from here to paste into ChatGPT.
2.Craft your Prompts for ChatGPT: This is where you become the "prompt engineer"! The better your prompts, the better ChatGPT's output will be. You'll be asking ChatGPT to generate three main things:
•Visual Metaphors: These are crucial for your moodboard. Copy the adjectives describing the brand personality and desired aesthetic from Airtable. Then, ask ChatGPT as prompt:
•Brand Personality Description: This helps founders articulate their brand's "vibe." Copy the brand personality adjectives and ask ChatGPT:
•Marketing Copy (Tagline & Brand Story): This provides ready-to-use text for their brand kit. Copy their product/service description and desired emotions. Ask ChatGPT:
3.Save the output to Airtable:. Once ChatGPT generates the content, copy each piece (metaphors, personality, copy) and paste it into new, corresponding columns in your Airtable base for that client. This keeps everything organized and ready for the next step.
Pro Tip: Don't be afraid to iterate! If ChatGPT's first response isn't quite right, try rephrasing your prompt or asking it to generate more options. It's a conversation, not a one-shot deal.
.. Watch this space for the conclusion on how you can generate this brand Moodboard and your customers’ brand kit. To be continued next week.

SPOTLIGHT ’I Trained ChatGPT To Be My Executive Coach And the Result? Mind Blowing—Here’s Why You Should Too”

Transforming ChatGPT into Your Executive Coach
A Step-by-Step Guide to Building an AI-Based Advisory System Adapted from a proven framework used by successful entrepreneurs
🚀 Overview
This guide will help you set up ChatGPT as a full-time executive coach—providing tailored advice, strategic thinking, and cognitive reframing based on your inputs. Think of it as a 24/7 sparring partner that understands your goals, habits, and challenges better than any traditional advisor.
The future of AI is deeply personal...Yes!
🧩 Step 1: Build a Deep Personal Profile
Start with a detailed self-interview. This lays the foundation for context-aware coaching.
🔧 Prompt:
"Create a comprehensive survey that explores my personality, background, goals, values, habits, daily routines, emotional strengths and weaknesses, career objectives, and personal challenges. Ask questions that reveal how I think and make decisions."
✅ Action:
Generate and answer the survey using ChatGPT
Include favorite books, philosophies, and thought leaders
Be candid and thorough—this becomes the core of your AI assistant’s perspective
👥 Step 2: Get Honest Peer Feedback
Gather external insights to broaden the AI’s perspective and uncover blind spots.
🔧 Prompt:
"Help me design a Google Form that asks anonymous feedback from my peers. Include only two questions:
What do you think are my top 3 strengths or talents?
What are my 3 biggest weaknesses? Be honest, be blunt—it’s anonymous."
✅ Action:
Send the form to 10–15 people who know you well
Feed all responses into ChatGPT
Ask ChatGPT to analyze patterns and insights across feedback
📚 Step 3: Feed It All the Right Data
The more context you provide, the more intelligent and strategic the AI becomes across different domains.
🔧 Prompt:
"I want you to act as my executive coach. Here is data about my life, business, health, and style preferences. Use it to analyze patterns, identify opportunities, and reframe limiting beliefs. Summarize trends, strengths, and possible strategies."
✅ Life Coaching Inputs:
Completed self-survey
Peer feedback
Favorite books, values, and priorities
Financial data (e.g. income, net worth)

Location-specific shopping ideas
🎯 Step 4: Give Clear Coaching Instructions
Use projects or structured prompts to guide ChatGPT’s behavior and outputs in specific areas.
🔧 Prompt Example:
"You are my strategic advisor and executive coach. Help me gain clarity, focus, and momentum. Use principles of psychology, leadership, and productivity. Your tone should be supportive, concise, and solution-orientated. Give actionable recommendations backed by evidence or mental models."
✅ Action:
Create separate Projects for key life domains
e.g. “Business Strategy”, “Health & Wellness”, “Personal Growth”
Define tone, style, and response format for each
Regularly challenge the AI’s assumptions—refine its output through feedback and iteration
Why It Works
This system turns ChatGPT into a personal advisor—an intelligent partner that reflects your goals, values, and patterns back to you. It works because it blends structured data with strategic thinking, empowering you to make decisions with precision and confidence.
